Ian Sullivan is a partner in the firm with over 40 years experience in law with a special emphasis on Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation. He is regularly called upon to advise with respect to complex estate planning, and estate administration matters. He also advises municipalities with respect to municipal tax sale matters.
Ian received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and his J.D. from the University of Toronto.
Ian has served on the executive of many community organizations. He currently sits on the executive of the Quinte Estate Planning Council as well as on the Planned Giving Committees for the Belleville General Hospital Foundation and the Loyalist College Foundation.
He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Hastings and Frontenac County Law Associations, the Quinte Estate Planning council, the Estate Planning Council of Eastern Ontario and the Quinte Branch of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners.
