John joined Templeman Menninga LLP as an associate in 2015. Admitted to the practice of law in 1969, he has obtained a wide and varied experience in areas of personal injury and commercial litigation, wills and estates and corporate / commercial matters. He has a broad range of contractual legal and financial and negotiation skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Since 1994, he has been actively involved in dispute resolution as a mediator and as an arbitrator, promoting reasonable and cost-effective alternatives to dispute resolution.
A graduate of Queen’s University, John is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Advocate’s Society of Ontario and is currently sitting as a Deputy Judge of Small Claims Court.
