Liam joined Templeman LLP as an associate lawyer in 2018 and practices primarily in Estate Planning and Estate Administration. He also practices in Estate Litigation.

Liam understands the importance of a proper estate plan and does not wish for the cost of legal fees or the restrictions of illness and disability to be a barrier to clients requiring legal advice. If you are a client of modest means in need of a Will or Powers of Attorney, he will work with you to develop a flexible payment plan that is suited to your circumstances. If you are an elderly person of limited mobility living in a local care facility, or if you have been admitted to hospital with a life-threatening condition, please inquire about house calls.

Liam received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with Specialization in History and Minor in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa in 2013. He received his law degree from Queen’s University in 2017.

While attending at the University of Ottawa, Liam worked for the Department of National Defence, where he assisted with the repatriation of war materials of historical significance from the operations theatre in Kandahar. After graduation, Liam was employed by Industry Canada as a junior policy analyst, where he worked as part of a team developing policy to enhance government service delivery to Canadian businesses.

Liam is married with children and lives in Belleville, Ontario. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Frontenac Law Association, and the Hastings County Law Association. He is also an active member of the Quinte Estate Planning Council.
