Areas of Practice
Nic LeBlanc is an Associate at the firm, joining in September 2025. He practices primarily in the Labour and Employment group.
Before joining Templeman, Nic gained valuable experience at a Thunder Bay firm, where his practice spanned Labour and Employment Law, Litigation, and Wills & Estates.
Nic earned his Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University in 2024. During law school, he served as a Legal Advocate and Assistant with Lakehead University Community Legal Services. In this role, Nic delivered public legal education presentations to community partners across Northwestern Ontario, provided legal information on a wide range of topics and resources, and supported lawyers and caseworkers through legal research, client communications, and case preparation. In addition to his work with Legal Services, Nic served as President of the Law Students’ Society during his time in law school.
Prior to law school, Nic completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology at Queen’s University, where he was named to the Dean’s List from 2017 to 2019.
