Danielle Russell is a Senior Associate with Templeman LLP with 7 years of experience specializing in family law. Danielle was admitted to the bar in 2015 and joined Templeman in 2020.

Danielle provides services in all aspects of family law including issues relating to adoptions, custody and access, child support, spousal support, and division of property. Well versed in all manner of dispute resolution, Danielle tailors her approach to meet the unique circumstances of each file. Danielle has extensive experience negotiating and drafting domestic contracts (including cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements) as well as providing independent legal advice on mediated agreements. Danielle has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including Motions and Trials at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and an appeal at the Divisional Court level.

A native of the Kingston area, Danielle completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa before moving back to Kingston to complete her law degree at Queen’s University.

Danielle is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Frontenac Law Association.
